International Property Show 2026 highlights Dubai real estate trends

The 22nd edition of the International Property Show (IPS 2026) is currently taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, attracting thousands of participants and investors from around the globe. The event highlights a strategic shift in the Dubai real estate market toward sustainable, creative, and hospitality-integrated developments.

Azha Real Estate is participating in the exhibition to showcase two major projects: Azha Sofitel Residences Downtown Dubai and Azha Millennium Residences. These projects focus on combining residential ownership with hotel-style services. The Sofitel project is slated for delivery in 2027, while the Millennium project is targeted for completion in the first half of 2028. Azha reported that these projects have already secured initial bookings for approximately 68% of the available units.

Industry experts at the event noted that the market is moving away from a period of intense sales competition toward a phase of 'filtration,' where success is increasingly defined by service quality, location, and integrated ecosystems rather than simple property ownership.
