International Workplace Group expands Paris presence and reports AI impact on Gen Z leadership

International Workplace Group (IWG) is expanding its presence in Paris with the opening of two new flexible workspace sites: HQ Paris Les Lilas in the 20th arrondissement and Regus Porte d’Italie in the 13th arrondissement. These locations utilize a management partnership model where property owners fund the fit-outs to increase asset profitability.

In a separate report titled ‘Z-Suite Report: How a New Generation is Evolving the Boardroom’, IWG highlights the impact of artificial intelligence on workforce dynamics. The research suggests that AI is acting as a catalyst for Gen Z professionals, accelerating their ascent into leadership roles. According to the report, 82% of respondents believe AI speeds up the promotion of younger executives by enhancing management skill development and strategic advantage. Furthermore, 80% of executives noted that younger employees are assuming senior responsibilities earlier than previous generations.
