International Workplace Group signs 728 new locations in H1 2026

International Workplace Group (IWG), which operates brands such as Regus and Spaces, reported record growth in the first half of 2026. The company signed 728 new locations globally, bringing its total network to over 6,000 signed locations across more than 120 countries.

Key growth markets during this period included the United States with 187 new signings, the United Kingdom with 62, India with 43, and China with 42. In Egypt, the company signed 10 new locations, marking it as the fastest-growing market for IWG in the Middle East and Africa, with a strategic goal to operate 150 centers in the country by 2030.

IWG’s expansion is largely driven by a capital-light strategy, with 95% of new locations delivered through managed partnership agreements. This model allows property owners to generate higher returns on commercial assets. Additionally, the company expanded its network in July through the acquisition of the Wojo platform, adding 186 new centers.
