Interocean Group forms Caspian joint venture with Green Line Shipping

Interocean Energy Services FZCO, part of the Aberdeen-based Interocean Group, has established a joint venture with Baku-based Green Line Shipping LLC. The partnership aims to expand Interocean’s presence in Azerbaijan and the broader Caspian region, focusing on maritime and offshore energy markets.

The venture is designed to combine Interocean’s international technical standards and offshore experience with Green Line Shipping’s local expertise and regional delivery track record. According to Alex Clark, Group Chief Commercial Officer at Interocean, the collaboration creates a platform for safe and efficient asset operations in Baku, which serves as a central hub for maritime activity in the Caspian region.
