Interrail offers up to 50% discount on European rail passes

Interrail has launched a major promotion for its continuous rail passes across Europe, offering discounts of up to 50% on one, two, and three-month passes. The sale is valid through September 30, and purchased passes can be activated within 11 months, allowing for travel through 2027.

Other rail passes, including single-country options, are available at a 15% discount. Additionally, the Swiss Travel Pass is offering promotional extensions: purchasing a 4-day pass adds 1 free day, while an 8-day pass adds 2 free days. These extensions effectively reduce the daily cost of travel in Switzerland by approximately 20%.

To coincide with the rebranding from Eurail to Interrail, travel agency GoByTrain is hosting an itinerary design competition. Winners can receive an Interrail pass valid for travel across 33 European countries.
