Intesa Sanpaolo leads Italian high-tech SMEs to Silicon Valley

Intesa Sanpaolo has organized a mission to Silicon Valley to support the international growth of 12 Italian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). These companies specialize in high-tech sectors, including aerospace, the space economy, security, and robotics.

Organized in collaboration with INNOVIT, the Italian Innovation and Culture Hub, the initiative aims to connect Italian industrial districts with the advanced technological ecosystem in the United States. The mission includes meetings with US space industry leaders, training sessions, and opportunities to engage with potential investors and partners.

During the mission, the bank's Banca dei Territori division presented 'Connecting Markets,' a new AI-driven digital platform designed to help SMEs identify industrial and commercial partners across more than 170 countries. The delegation also engaged with Italian researchers at the University of California, Berkeley, highlighting scientific excellence in fields such as nuclear engineering, artificial intelligence, and robotics.
