İntetra Teknoloji announces IPO dates and pricing

İntetra Teknoloji ve Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. has announced the dates for its initial public offering (IPO) on Borsa İstanbul. The company will collect demands for 40 million lots at a fixed price of 53.60 TL on August 26-27, 2026. Led by Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler, the IPO is expected to reach a total size of approximately 2.144 billion TL.

The offering includes a capital increase of 30 million TL in nominal value and a secondary sale of 10 million TL in nominal value, representing 25% of the company's capital. Once listed, the shares will trade on the Borsa İstanbul Yıldız Pazar under the ticker INTET. HE.

İntetra, which specializes in smart transportation systems, traffic management, toll collection, and rail system technologies, plans to use the proceeds as follows: 60% for investment financing, 30% for working capital, and 10% for the repayment of financial debts. The company maintains an international presence with operations in the US, Denmark, Albania, Kazakhstan, and Romania.
