İntetra Teknoloji announces IPO results with 2.144 billion TL total size

İntetra Teknoloji ve Bilişim Hizmetleri A. Ş. (INTET) has announced the results of its initial public offering (IPO). The offering, which took place on August 26-27, 2026, involved the sale of 40 million shares at a fixed price of 53.60 TL per share, resulting in a total IPO size of 2.144 billion TL.

The offering saw significant demand, with 662,947 orders totaling approximately 3.64 billion TL. This represents roughly 1.7 times the amount of shares offered. The distribution was completed among 653,433 investors.

Domestic investors received 99.77% of the total distribution, with 651,837 individual domestic investors participating. International individual investors accounted for 0.23% of the distribution, with 1,558 investors receiving shares.
