İntetra Teknoloji begins trading on Borsa İstanbul

İntetra Teknoloji ve Bilişim Hizmetleri AŞ has officially begun trading on Borsa İstanbul under the ticker code “INTET” following the completion of its initial public offering (IPO). The IPO, led by Bulls Yatırım, raised a total of 2.144 billion lira through the sale of 40 million nominal value shares at a fixed price of 53.60 lira.

The offering attracted a total of 653,433 investors. The distribution included 651,837 domestic individual investors, 38 domestic institutional investors, and 1,558 international individual investors. Domestic individual investors accounted for 99.76% of the allocated shares.

İntetra Teknoloji specializes in smart transportation systems, electronic toll collection, and railway technologies. Chairman Mehmet Ömerbeyoğlu stated that the company intends to use 65% of the IPO proceeds for investments—including increasing production capacity and expanding into international markets—while the remaining 35% will be used to strengthen working capital.
