Intracom Defense announces new Board of Directors

Intracom Defense (IDE) has announced the formation of its new Board of Directors following an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on October 14, 2026.

As part of this restructuring, Lykourgos Antonopoulos has been officially appointed as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and an Executive Member of the Board. The complete composition of the Board includes:

• Michail K. Tsamaz: Chairman of the Board – Non-Executive Member • Lykourgos A. Antonopoulos: CEO – Executive Member • Stavros A. Manos: Non-Executive Member • Avraam E. Moysis: Non-Executive Member • Angeliki A. Petropoulou: Executive Member

Chairman Michail K. Tsamaz stated that the new Board will establish the foundations for enhancing innovation and the company's leadership position in the global defense market. CEO Lykourgos Antonopoulos expressed his commitment to strengthening the company's strategic position, utilizing advanced technologies, and developing international partnerships within the Greek defense ecosystem.
