IntrospeXion to provide mental health support for UAE energy workforce

IntrospeXion, an energy-focused psychological consultancy, has secured a contract with a major operator in the United Arab Emirates to implement a company-wide mental health and wellbeing programme. The initiative is designed to support employees working across onshore, remote, and offshore sites.

The bespoke strategy aims to address the unique operational demands of the energy sector by focusing on psychological health, leadership capability, and workforce resilience. Services provided under the programme include psychological profiling, executive coaching, risk assessments, wellbeing workshops, and critical incident response. The support is tailored to both office-based and field personnel to help prevent burnout and reduce psychological risk.

This contract follows IntrospeXion’s recent expansion into the Middle East. Led by CEO Shabnum Hanif, the company has established a regional base of operations in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, to facilitate in-country specialist psychological services.
