Intuit Inc. Receives New Rokos Capital Stake Amid Securities Fraud Lawsuit

Rokos Capital Management LLP acquired a new position in Intuit Inc. shares, purchasing 8,620 shares valued at approximately $3.73 million during the first quarter, adding to a broader set of institutional holdings in the software maker.

A securities‑fraud class action lawsuit was filed on July 28, 2026 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The complaint alleges that Intuit made false or misleading statements about the strength of its tax‑related business, including TurboTax, during the class period of August 22, 2025 through May 20, 2026. Plaintiffs have until September 9, 2026 to seek lead‑plaintiff status.
