Inventor creates Banana Car from Ford F-150 chassis

An enthusiast named Steve Braithwait has constructed a unique vehicle known as the “Banana Car.” The project involved completely dismantling a Ford F-150 pickup truck to serve as the foundation for the custom creation.

Developed in Michigan, United States, the vehicle features a chassis and V8 engine from the original Ford, but is shaped to resemble a banana and is capable of carrying four occupants. The construction process took over two years and cost approximately 25,000 euros. The inventor, originally from Woodstock, Oxfordshire, UK, gained attention for the vehicle while driving it through the streets of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
