Inver Grove Heights authorities investigate three deaths found during welfare check

Authorities in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, are investigating the deaths of three individuals discovered inside a residence. The bodies were found on Sunday during a welfare check conducted by officers in the 3200 block of 78th St. East.

The identities of the deceased have not yet been released. A medical examiner has been assigned to identify the individuals and determine the cause of death. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting the Inver Grove Heights Police Department with the ongoing investigation. Officials stated there is no known danger to the public.
