Inverness Intercollegiate golf tournament features top-ranked collegiate teams

The Inverness Intercollegiate golf tournament is set to take place at the Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio, featuring an 18-team field. The competition includes several highly ranked programs, such as the No. 19 ranked Ole Miss men's golf team and the Purdue Boilermakers.

Ole Miss will be making its season debut at the event. The Rebels' starting lineup includes Cooper Claycomb, Collins Trolio, Finn Meister, Eduardo Matarazzo, and Tomas Restrepo. The tournament schedule includes rounds on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, with select coverage available on ESPN+.

Purdue enters the tournament following a second-place finish at the New York Harbor Cup. The Boilermakers will compete at full strength with the return of Sam Easterbrook. The field is notably competitive, containing twelve teams that were ranked in the top 50 last year and seven teams that reached the previous NCAA Championships.
