Invesco announces leadership transition for Asia Pacific
Invesco has announced that Andrew Lo, Senior Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific, will retire on March 31, 2027, following a 32-year tenure with the firm. Lo is credited with playing a central role in developing the company’s Asia Pacific business, including the establishment of joint ventures in China and India.
Marty Franc will succeed Lo as the Head of Asia Pacific. Franc, an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, including 13 years at Invesco, will transition into the role during the first quarter of 2027. He is currently based in Hong Kong and has previously overseen Invesco’s operations in Australia, Greater China, and Southeast Asian markets.
Upon his retirement, Lo will assume the role of Chairman Emeritus, Asia Pacific. In this capacity, he will continue to represent Invesco on the boards of its China and India joint ventures and provide strategic counsel to the firm’s global leadership.
