Investcorp acquires 20Cube 3PL Solutions as IndiQube expands Bengaluru workspace

Investcorp, a Bahrain-based global alternative investment firm, has acquired the Indian digital-first contract logistics platform 20Cube 3PL Solutions for approximately 5 billion Indian rupees (US$58 million). The acquisition aims to expand Investcorp’s presence in India’s growing logistics and supply chain market, leveraging 20Cube’s technology-driven approach to end-to-end visibility and real-time tracking.

In a separate development in the managed workspace sector, IndiQube has secured a deal with a global audio series platform to provide nearly 1,300 seats at its premium tech park facility on the Outer Ring Road in Bengaluru. The deal, valued at approximately ₹68 crore, marks an expansion for the client, which previously operated out of IndiQube’s Koramangala facility.
