Investec discloses share acquisitions under 2021 incentive plans

Investec plc and Investec Limited have disclosed details regarding share acquisitions made under their 2021 Share Incentive Plans. These transactions were conducted to satisfy the plans’ obligations to participants within the companies' dual-listed structure.

For the Investec plc Share Incentive Plan, 650 shares were acquired on 17 September 2026 at a price of GBP 6.65 per share, totaling GBP 4,322.50.

Under the Investec Limited Share Incentive Plan, two separate transactions occurred. On 17 September 2026, 300,000 shares were acquired for ZAR 42,763,020.00 at a price of ZAR 142.5434 per share. On 18 September 2026, an additional 100,000 shares were acquired for ZAR 13,764,830.00 at a price of ZAR 137.6483 per share.
