Investment growth reported in Kudus and Gorontalo regions

Significant investment growth has been recorded in the Indonesian regions of Kudus and Gorontalo through the third quarter of 2026.

In Kudus, investment realization reached Rp 3.081 trillion, representing 267.95 percent of the annual target of Rp 1.15 trillion. This influx of capital has resulted in the creation of approximately 4,836 new jobs. Key contributing sectors include transportation and warehousing, wholesale and retail trade, automotive repair, real estate, and manufacturing.

In Gorontalo, investment realization for the third quarter reached Rp 3.543 trillion, a 136.85 percent increase compared to the same period in 2025. Domestic investment accounted for 97.62 percent of this total, while foreign investment contributed 2.38 percent. The primary driver in Gorontalo was the basic metal industry, followed by various services, agriculture, and mining sectors.
