Investors urged to clarify development plans for Korbielów and Zwardoń

Local councilor Mirosław Figura has called for district authorities to organize meetings with investors to address the lack of development in Korbielów and Zwardoń. In Korbielów, Figura is seeking clarification from Grupa Zasada regarding their plans for the Pilsko ski resort. Although the group acquired the facility five years ago with promises of modernization, residents report a lack of concrete investment.

In Zwardoń, discussions involve Grupa Pingwina, a company capital-linked to Maspex. The investor aims to launch a project valued at approximately 35 million PLN on Skalanka mountain, which could revitalize the area, but the development has reportedly been blocked by a single individual. Additionally, the investor has expressed interest in purchasing brine springs in Solina.
