Invictus Gaming secures final LPL seed for Worlds 2026

The four representatives for the LPL at the 2026 League of Legends World Championship have been finalized following the conclusion of the Regional Finals. Invictus Gaming (IG) secured the final 4th seed after defeating JD Gaming (JDG) with a 3-1 score in the Lower Bracket Final at the Shanghai League Arena.

JD Gaming, a prominent organization and former 2023 World Championship semifinalist, was eliminated from contention for Worlds. Despite a strong performance from bot laner GALA, who earned MVP honors in the previous series against Team WE, JDG failed to secure a second map against IG. JDG will instead participate in the Demacia Cup Global Invitational 2026.

The full LPL lineup for the 2026 World Championship consists of Anyone’s Legend (1st seed), Bilibili Gaming (2nd seed), Top Esports (3rd seed), and Invictus Gaming (4th seed).
