Invimit SGR and Giulianova agree to relaunch historic coastal structures

Invimit SGR and the Municipality of Giulianova have reached an agreement to relaunch two historic structures: the “Rosso di Sera” beach establishment and the former “Rosa Maltoni” marine colony. Both properties are owned by the i3-Inps fund managed by Invimit.

Following recent urgent safety works conducted by the SGR at the “Rosso di Sera” beach, the municipality has revoked a July ordinance that had ordered the removal of the building. This revocation allows for the signing of a management contract between Invimit and C. C. T. – Cooperativa Costruttori Teramani SOC. COOP, the company awarded the tender for the valorization of the complex.

The plan involves two coordinated phases: the immediate lease and renovation of the beach establishment, and a 10-month exclusivity period for the successful bidder to present a valorization proposal for the entire “Rosa Maltoni” real estate complex, which will subsequently be put up for tender.
