Invivoscribe begins commercial shipments of PrepQuant systems

Invivoscribe has announced the commencement of commercial shipments for its PrepQuant System in North America. The platform, which was first presented at the American Association for Cancer Research Annual Meeting in April 2026, marks the transition of the technology from the development and validation stages to full commercial deployment.

The PrepQuant System is designed to address technical bottlenecks in highly sensitive molecular testing by integrating nucleic acid extraction, concentration, and quantification. It is assay agnostic and aims to improve the recovery and concentration of genomic DNA and cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from large blood and plasma inputs. This capability is intended to support measurable residual disease (MRD) assays by increasing the amount of DNA available for the detection of low-level residual disease.
