iNVOICEsoft plans UK expansion and potential Athens Stock Exchange listing

Greek software company iNVOICEsoft, the developer of the i-Spirit platform, has announced plans for international expansion, with the United Kingdom identified as its primary target market. The company focuses on providing digital solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including electronic invoicing, ERP systems, payroll, and digital inventory management.

CEO Nikos Spyropoulos noted that digital transitions such as electronic invoicing and myDATA are reshaping the Greek market, creating new demands for accessible software. Currently, i-Spirit serves over 10,000 businesses and maintains 7,000 installations for digital inventory movement. The company reported a turnover of 1.3 million euros for 2025.

Regarding future financing, the company is considering an entry into the Alternative Segment of the Athens Stock Exchange to fund its next growth cycle. While iNVOICEsoft has received acquisition offers, management has rejected them, stating there are currently no plans to bring in a strategic partner. To date, the company has funded its operations exclusively through its own capital without bank loans.
