IO Interactive confirms 007 First Light runs at 60 fps on PS5 Pro

IO Interactive released a short gameplay video confirming that the upcoming James Bond title 007 First Light will run at a smooth 60 frames‑per‑second on the PlayStation 5 Pro. The studio also clarified that the base PS5 can achieve the same 60 fps rate in a Performance mode, while a Quality mode targets 30 fps with higher visual fidelity. The same performance options are available on Xbox Series X, though no footage was shown for that console. The video highlighted technical improvements over the previous State of Play demonstration, including refined character animations, reduced motion blur and a redesigned user‑interface that places the “License to Kill” indicator less intrusively. The game is scheduled for launch on 27 May, with pre‑orders offering a free Deluxe Edition upgrade.
