ION Orchard food court to reopen with 19 new stalls

ION Orchard is set to revamp its Food Opera food court, scheduled to reopen on 28 September 2026. The upgraded dining area will feature 19 new stalls and expanded seating for 600 diners.

The new lineup includes a mix of Michelin-recognised names, heritage brands, and rising hawkers. Notable additions include the 93-year-old Ming Chung White Lor Mee, Hillman Restaurant, and Michelin-recognised Ah Er Herbal Soup and MP Thai. The expansion also features Beremph Bros, a stall by MasterChef Singapore winner Derek Cheong, and Treasure Bakery.
