Ionian Hospitality Group announces new dining concepts in Vancouver

The Ionian Hospitality Group (IHG) is expanding its presence in Vancouver’s Little Italy with two new dining ventures. The Mediterranean-style tapas bar, Pax Romana, is set to reopen on November 6 at the corner of Commercial Drive and Graveley Street. Located behind IHG’s Loula’s Taverna, the venue will feature a Mediterranean-focused menu and a returning staff, including Head Chef George Lesnerand and Bar Manager Prateek Balraj.

Additionally, IHG has announced Bar Tifo, a dual-concept venue scheduled to open in the spring or summer of 2027 at the same intersection. Bar Tifo will function as an Italian caffè during the day, offering espresso, pastries, and pizza by the slice, before transforming into an Italian ristorante in the evening with a menu of pasta, small plates, and cocktails. The establishment will also include a street-side patio.
