Iovance Biotherapeutics shares surge on raised 2026 revenue forecast

Iovance Biotherapeutics shares surged significantly, reaching a two-year high, after the company sharply increased its 2026 revenue forecast. The company now expects total revenue to fall between $410 million and $420 million, up from a previous guidance of $350 million to $370 million.

This upward revision, which implies annual revenue growth of nearly 60%, is driven by accelerating demand for Amtagvi (lifileucel), a personalized cell therapy for metastatic melanoma, and Proleukin. Iovance is currently expanding its network of authorized treatment centers, aiming to reach at least 110 centers by the end of the year.

Following the announcement, analysts have responded positively. H.C. Wainwright raised its price target for the stock from $9 to $20, maintaining a ‘Buy’ rating.
