Iowa State University approves student funding and highlights campus resources

The Iowa State Student Government Senate has approved $14,816 in funding to support various campus organizations. Key allocations include $7,926 for the Iowa State Car Club to attend an Ice Cream Cruise and $5,000 for the Mezzo Forte Acapella group to cover event space rentals and operating expenses for the Acapellooza event.

Iowa State University also provides extensive resources to support its student body of over 30,000. Academic support is available through the Academic Success Center, Student Accessibility Services, and the Parks Library. For health and well-being, students can access medical care at the Thielen Student Health Center, mental health support through Student Counseling Services, and various wellness and recreation programs.
