I.P.A. Group acquires IPA Living to expand subsidiary network

I.P.A. Group (IPA) has officially become the parent company of IPA Living Joint Stock Company following a decision by its Board of Directors to acquire shares in the entity. This acquisition brings IPA's total number of direct and indirect subsidiaries to 25, according to its reviewed consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2026.

In recent corporate developments, IPA completed a bonus share issuance of approximately 32.1 million shares for 2,958 shareholders, representing a 15% ratio. This issuance, funded by undistributed post-tax profits from 2025, increased the company's charter capital from over 2,138 billion VND to more than 2,459 billion VND.

Regarding financial performance, IPA reported a consolidated post-tax profit of over 225.5 billion VND for the first six months of 2026, a 57% increase compared to the same period last year. The company attributed this growth to increased net revenue and income from associates. Additionally, total liabilities decreased by 6.6% since the beginning of the year, reaching nearly 5,910 billion VND, driven largely by a reduction in long-term debt and bond balances.
