Various third-party manufacturers are offering alternatives to Apple’s expensive Magic Keyboard for iPad users seeking to transform their tablets into workstations.

One alternative is the ESR Magnetic Keyboard Case, which provides a similar floating design and adjustable viewing angles at approximately half the price of the original. Unlike Apple’s version, which uses Pogo Pins for automatic connection and power, the ESR case relies on Bluetooth. This requires users to manage the keyboard’s battery life independently.

Another option is the Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard Case, designed to add a keyboard and trackpad to the iPad. This setup allows for cursor control via the trackpad, preventing hands from obscuring the screen, and features a magnetic connection that allows the tablet to be easily detached from the keyboard.
