IPC TPK and IPCC report operational developments in Indonesia
IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) at Tanjung Priok Terminal has signed a joint commitment to eliminate illegal levies (pungli) to foster a transparent and high-integrity port environment. This initiative involves operational partners including the Keluarga Besar Sopir Indonesia (KBSI) Perjuangan and stevedoring companies PT Olah Jasa Andal and PT Tangguh Samudera Jaya. Daniel Setiawan, Senior Manager of Corporate Secretariat at IPC TPK, emphasized that eradicating illegal fees requires synergy and strict supervision from all elements involved in loading and unloading activities.
Separately, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) reported a 19.57% year-on-year increase in consolidated cargo traffic through the third quarter of 2026. Specific segment growth included heavy equipment up 5.31%, trucks and buses up 43.98%, and two-wheeled vehicles up 51.46%.
