IperionX plans Texas relocation and direct Nasdaq listing

Titanium technology company IperionX is undergoing a major structural reorganization, which includes a planned relocation of its headquarters from Australia to Texas. This move is intended to facilitate a transition from American Depositary Shares (ADS) to a direct listing of common stock on the Nasdaq, a process subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.

On the operational front, the company's facility in Virginia is now running a 24/7 production cycle. IperionX aims to reach an annual production rate of 200 tons of titanium powder by the end of 2026. To support domestic manufacturing of ballistic-quality titanium plates and military components, the company has been awarded up to $6.6 million in funding from the Office of the Secretary of War – Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (OSW-SWIB).

Additionally, IperionX has strengthened its leadership by appointing Michael J. Loparco to its Board of Directors. In related financial news, State Street has increased its stake in the company to 6.71%.
