IperionX raises $50 million through American Depositary Share offering

IperionX Limited (ASX: IPX) announced on 8 July 2026 that it priced an under‑written public offering of 2,275,000 American Depositary Shares (ADS). Each ADS represents ten ordinary shares and was priced at US $21.98, targeting gross proceeds of about US $50 million. The offering is expected to close on 9 July 2026, subject to customary conditions.

The proceeds will be used to expand IperionX’s proprietary titanium and metal‑alloy production capabilities, including further development of its Titanium Manufacturing Campus in Virginia and the Camden‑Titan project in Tennessee, as well as for general corporate purposes. Cantor acted as sole book‑running manager, with Roth Capital Partners and B. Riley Securities as co‑managers. The ADS are backed by 22,750,000 ordinary shares issued under ASX Listing Rule 7.1, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations. IperionX positions the capital raise to accelerate commercialisation of its low‑energy, low‑carbon titanium technologies in the United States.
