iPhone 11 prices drop to 5 million VND amid iOS 27 support

The iPhone 11, once a highly popular model originally launched in Vietnam at 21.99 million VND, has seen its market price drop significantly. In the used market, prices for the device now range from approximately 4.09 million to 6.29 million VND, representing an 80% decrease from its original launch price.

Despite being seven years old, Apple has confirmed that the iPhone 11 will support iOS 27, the latest operating system released on September 14, 2026. This support provides users with interface improvements, stability, and security patches, though the device will not support Apple Intelligence AI features.

While the A13 Bionic chip remains capable of handling basic tasks like social media and video streaming, the device has notable limitations. These include a lack of 5G support, an LCD screen that is less sharp than modern OLED displays, potential battery degradation, and limited storage on the 64GB model.
