Various criminal incidents and legal rulings have been reported across Spain, Argentina, Colombia, and Paraguay.
In Spain, the Audiencia Provincial de Valencia sentenced a man to 11 years in prison for the continuous sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl, whom he had threatened using intimate photos obtained from her social media. In another case in Valencia, a 26-year-old man was detained for the sexual assault of a homeless woman. Additionally, a father in Spain was arrested for allowing his 12-year-old son to drive a motor vehicle, and a public official in La Palma received a two-year sentence for embezzlement.
In Argentina, several incidents occurred, including a fatal traffic accident in La Clotilde involving two teenagers on a motorcycle, a citizen arrest in Ushuaia for trespassing, and various arrests for theft, robbery, and gender-based violence. In Fontana, a man surrendered to authorities following a homicide investigation.
In Colombia, police in Valledupar captured an individual linked to multiple homicides, and a man in Ipiales was jailed for the alleged sexual abuse of his nephew. In Paraguay, a 54-year-old man was detained in Capiatá for the alleged harassment and sexual assault of a 14-year-old student.
