IPRODHA delivers 60 homes in Itaembé Guazú

The Provincial Institute of Housing Development (IPRODHA) is delivering 60 homes in the Itaembé Guazú sector of Posadas, Misiones. This initiative is part of the ‘Convocatoria 250’ program, which has been implementing progressive housing deliveries in recent weeks.

Each unit covers approximately 64 square meters and includes two bedrooms and solar water heaters with a dual electric system. The homes were constructed with thermal insulation materials designed to improve comfort and reduce energy consumption during high temperatures.

In addition to the Posadas deliveries, IPRODHA officials announced upcoming guided visits to ten homes in San Vicente, with potential deliveries scheduled for late September or early October. The agency also recently allocated 42 houses in Apóstoles and is advancing new construction projects in Itaembé Guazú sector 4.
