IPRODICH offers guidance on Argentine disability pension reviews

The Provincial Institute for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities of Chaco (IPRODICH) has announced it is available to provide information and advisory services to beneficiaries of non-contributory pensions for occupational disability. This follows a new review process mandated by the Argentine National Government through the National Disability Secretariat.

According to IPRODICH President Ana Mitoire, interested individuals can visit any of the organization's offices in the province for guidance. The institute clarified that there is currently no generalized suspension of payments, but emphasized that meeting requirements is essential to ensure continued collection.

Beneficiaries can check if they are affected by reviewing Annex I of Resolution 3695/2026 in the Official Gazette. Those included in the procedure are expected to receive formal personal notification via registered mail detailing the necessary documentation. Once notified, individuals have a period of 60 consecutive days to initiate the corresponding rehabilitation process.
