Ipswich Town completes double signing from Strasbourg

Ipswich Town has completed a double signing from RC Strasbourg, securing both Abdoul Ouattara and Julio Enciso.

Abdoul Ouattara, a 20-year-old Ivorian, has signed a five-year contract. He is noted for his versatility, capable of playing as a full-back, wing-back, or in wide midfield roles. Reports suggest his transfer fee is approximately €20 million.

Julio Enciso, a 22-year-old Paraguayan attacking midfielder, also joins on a five-year deal lasting until June 2031. The transfer for Enciso is valued at €30 million including bonuses. Enciso previously played for Ipswich Town on loan from Brighton during the 2024-2025 season.

Following these transactions, Strasbourg is expected to have generated significant revenue, potentially reaching up to €50 million from the combined operations.
