iQOO 16 leaks reveal futuristic design and compact tablet

Leaks regarding the upcoming iQOO 16 suggest a distinctive, science-fiction-inspired design featuring a square camera island with heavily rounded corners. The module is expected to house three connected 50-megapixel sensors, including a primary 1/1.3-inch sensor with an f/1.68 aperture, an ultrawide lens, and a periscope telephoto lens.

Technical specifications tipped in leaks include a 6.85-inch 2K 165Hz Samsung display, a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and an 8,500mAh battery supporting 100W wired and wireless charging. The device is also expected to carry IP68 and IP69 ratings.

In addition to the iQOO 16, the company is expected to launch the iQOO Neo 12 and a new compact tablet. The tablet has been teased on social media by iQOO flagship series Product Manager Wang Ken ahead of an upcoming launch event in China.
