iQOO leaks reveal specs for Neo 11 Ultra and iQOO 16 models

Leaks have revealed technical specifications for upcoming iQOO smartphone models, specifically the Neo 11 Ultra and the iQOO 16.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is scheduled for a China launch on August 18. It is expected to feature a custom MediaTek Dimensity 9500M chipset, built on a 3nm process. Key hardware highlights include a massive 9,100mAh battery with 100W wired charging and a 6.83-inch 2K display utilizing Visionox F2 luminous material with a 144Hz refresh rate. The device is also expected to include an IP68/IP69 rating and a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

Reports regarding the iQOO 16 suggest a potential launch in late 2026. This flagship model is rumored to utilize Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro processor and a 6.85-inch Samsung 2K display with a higher 165Hz refresh rate. The device may feature an 8,500mAh battery, a redesigned square camera module, and an OV50Q primary sensor.

Additionally, the iQOO Z11 is slated for an August 20 launch in India, featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset.
