iQOO Neo 12 specifications reveal 9,000mAh battery and gaming hardware

iQOO has officially confirmed key specifications for its upcoming Neo 12 smartphone, which is expected to launch in China later this month. The device is heavily engineered for mobile gaming, featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor alongside iQOO’s proprietary Q3 gaming chip.

To manage heat during intensive use, the smartphone will utilize an Ice Dome active cooling system that includes a built-in cooling fan and redesigned airflow channels. A significant hardware highlight is the inclusion of a massive 9,000mAh battery, with recent certifications suggesting support for 100W fast charging.

The Neo 12 will feature a Visionox OLED panel with 2K resolution and a 185Hz refresh rate. This panel utilizes fourth-generation p-TSF technology, which is designed to improve brightness and color accuracy while extending the display's lifespan and improving power efficiency. The device is expected to run on Android 17 with 16GB of RAM.
