iQOO Pad Ultra officially released with Snapdragon 8 Gen 6

iQOO has officially launched the iQOO Pad Ultra, with sales beginning across all channels on October 5. The tablet is positioned for high-performance gaming, featuring the sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Super Supreme Edition processor built on a 2nm process.

To support intensive gaming, the device includes a specialized cooling system with an active fan and a total cooling area of 23,253mm². The hardware is complemented by the iQOO Q4 gaming chip and a proprietary scheduler. The tablet features an 8.8-inch OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, and a response time of less than 1ms.

Other key specifications include a 9,020mAh battery with 66W fast charging, a slim 5.74mm profile, and a weight of approximately 298g. Pricing for the base 12GB+256GB model starts at 5,999 yuan, which can be reduced to 5,499 yuan through national subsidies. Higher configurations range up to 16GB+1TB for 8,999 yuan.
