Iran Chamber of Cooperatives announces Justice Shares dividend schedule

The head of the Iran Chamber of Cooperatives, Bahman Abdollahi, announced that the government is working to distribute a portion of the 1404 (2025-2026) Justice Shares dividends by the Government Week.

Following the pattern of the previous year, the dividends for 1404 are expected to be distributed in two installments: one in the middle of the year and the second toward the end of the year. Abdollahi noted that the overall dividend amount for 1404 does not show a serious decrease compared to 1403, despite some enterprises being affected by conflict.

Regarding the liberalization and stock market offering of Justice Shares, instructions have been sent to the government and are currently under review by the Parliament. The final guidelines, following potential amendments from parliamentary committees, will serve as the basis for the release of shares. Abdollahi also emphasized the need to protect the share of cooperatives in the Justice Shares program and noted that the cooperative sector currently holds approximately 8% of the Iranian economy.
