Iran establishes Shahid Salami Headquarters to address market issues

Officials in Iran have announced the establishment of the ‘Shahid Salami Headquarters’ to address and resolve issues facing the country's markets and guilds. Led by the head of the Iran Chamber of Guilds, this task force will meet weekly on Saturdays to identify and pursue problem-solving measures for merchants and economic activists.

During a commemoration event in Qom, leaders emphasized that the nation is currently facing a hybrid war, shifting from military confrontation to economic disruption. Hossein Taeb, head of the Basij Organization, stated that adversaries are attempting to disrupt production, trade, and consumption cycles in Iran using economic and security tools rather than traditional military force.

Representatives noted that the Basij of Guilds is working closely with the Iran Chamber of Commerce and the Iran Chamber of Guilds to provide expert recommendations to the government. These efforts aim to counter economic threats and ensure the stability of the domestic market and production sectors.
