Iran Justice Shares dividends pending company general meetings

Hojatollah Seyidi, Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance and head of the Securities and Exchange Organization, has provided updates regarding the payment of Justice Shares dividends. He confirmed that all dividends for the year 1403 have been fully paid.

Regarding the 1404 dividends, Seyidi noted that payments are pending the completion of annual general meetings by various companies. Some companies have not yet held their meetings, while others are still within their designated payment windows. Once the amounts are aggregated following these meetings, the organization aims to process payments as quickly as possible, following the pattern of previous years.

Additionally, Seyidi addressed recent market technicalities, stating that issues regarding trading core disruptions have been resolved. Investigations showed that recent delays were limited to reduced transaction speeds rather than systemic abuse, meaning trade cancellations were unnecessary. He also mentioned that authorities are re-evaluating models for adjusting price fluctuation ranges now that market stability has improved.
