Iran recognizes Tabriz Petrochemical and celebrates space industry milestones

Tabriz Petrochemical Company has been recognized as the model petroleum product unit for the year 1405 in East Azerbaijan province. The award, presented during the province's Industry, Mine, and Trade Day celebrations, honors the company's 1404 performance regarding production growth, employment, and investment. The facility maintains an annual production capacity of 870,000 tons of various polymeric and hydrocarbon products, including polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene.

Separately, Iran has been noted as one of the top ten countries globally for registering events during World Space Week. During celebrations held by the Ministry of Communications, officials highlighted that Iran has previously ranked third in the world for event registration. This year's theme, ‘the satellite launcher revolution,’ aligns with Iran's status as a country with a domestic launch industry. The week's programming includes various themed days named after Iranian satellite launchers such as Safir, Simorgh, and Zoghalshenah.
