Iranian Air Force Chief Ali Abdullah Warns US of Devastating Response Amid Rising Tensions

Iranian Air Force Chief Ali Abdullah issued a statement warning the United States that any hostile action would be met with a “destructive response” from Iran’s armed forces. The message emphasized unity between the military, the people and officials, and warned of heavy costs for the U.S. if it continued aggression.

Separately, the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) reported that two American soldiers were killed and a third went missing during operations in Jordan, bringing total U.S. fatalities in the conflict with Iran to 16 since February, with over 430 wounded. An Israeli television channel claimed that President Donald Trump instructed CENTCOM to “open the gates of hell” on Iran in response to the casualties. Trump, speaking to the New York Post, defended the U.S. stance, citing historical war losses and asserting the aim to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
