Iranian experts reportedly killed in Yemen's Taiz Governorate

Reports indicate that several individuals suspected of being experts linked to the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps were killed or went missing following an attack in the Taiz Governorate of Yemen. According to intelligence reports, a vehicle carrying four men who had separated from a Houthi militia convoy in the Maqbanah district was targeted. While Houthi search teams recovered two bodies, the fate of the remaining two individuals remains unknown.

The individuals reportedly drew attention from government forces due to their non-Yemeni Arabic accents and appearance. The incident occurred amid escalating combat in western and southern Taiz, as well as areas near the Bab al-Mandab strait.

Separately, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced that their operations against Houthi positions resulted in the deaths of four Iranian specialists trained in operating drones and missiles. Military spokespersons stated that hundreds of precision strikes were conducted over a 72-hour period, targeting Houthi military infrastructure, including missile launch platforms and weapon depots.
