Iranian Military Leadership Warns United States of Decisive Retaliation

Iran's “Khateem al‑Anbiya” headquarters chief, lieutenant colonel Ali Abdullah i, issued a statement saying the Iranian armed forces will respond with "decisive and destructive" force to any United States aggression. He warned that any U.S. attempt at dominance or “brutal” action would be met with a response costing more than two or three wars.

Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei also condemned what he called repeated U.S. violations of agreements, promising memorable lessons for Washington. The United States announced it had concluded its eighth wave of strikes against Iranian targets after earlier incidents that resulted in the deaths of two U.S. soldiers in Jordan and the injury of another following an Iranian attack. Recent U.S. air operations were described as being launched from the U.S. East Coast under President Donald Trump’s orders. No casualties were reported in the latest Iranian strike near Sirik, Iran, or the nearby site close to the Iraqi border.

The exchange reflects heightened tensions between Tehran and Washington, raising concerns of a broader regional conflict.
